- Honor Award in the Working Drawing category of the National 2003 AIBD and Garlinghouse 53rd Annual Design Competition.
The American Institute of Building Design's annual conference in Seattle, Washington, where the award was given, was attended by residential designers from across the nation. The judges included nationally respected architects, residential designers, plan publishers and educators. The judging criteria for the Working Drawings category was based on drafting proficiency, drawing organization and detail, clear communication to the trades, and line weight & technique. Other criteria were land use, architectural aesthetics, interior planning, environmental context, energy efficiency and functional utility of design.
- Honorable Mention in the Best Custom Residential Additions / Renovations category of the 1998 Mid-Atlantic AIBD Design Competition.
