Builders

We operate, for most of our contractors, as an off-site design/drafting department, using SoftPlan CAD (versions 8.1, 11.2.4 , & 12) and AutoCAD LT to support them with 'Builder' sets of working drawings, design services for them and their clients, marketing collateral and technical support.

We provide consistency in technical and artistic quality; are an economical answer to fluctuations and surges; reduce annoying computer costs, printer compatibility issues and software upgrades; all the while, freeing up premium office space. Actually, much of our builder work is done remotely. We have created a process, using data sheets and creating custom standards up front, that ensures accuracy and minimizes builder time communicating details and changes. You'd be surprised at just how well and efficiently this works!
