RNR DESIGNS will soon be offering a variety of architectural drafting graphics that endeavor to aid in adding consistent, complete and accurate graphics (details, tables, titles) to residential working drawings. Residential designers, builders and drafting shops seeking to enhance their own drawings without wanting to spend the time to create their own professional graphics may find these valuable.
Once purchased the graphics may be downloaded in either SoftPlan® or .PDF electronic formats. The files can be used directly into your own architectural working drawings as is or with your own modifications.
Need a series or an individual detail modified to your own specifications ? Need a different format ? New details created for custom applications ? We'll do it for you. We can free up hours of tedious work and contribute to producing a clear, complete set of architectural working drawings. Our reasonable rates and complete libraries may make using RNR DESIGNS a reasonable alternative for you.
These DRAFTING GRAPHICS reflect general aspects of the INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE and "best" construction & drafting practices, with an emphasis on construction techniques used in northeast Ohio. However, there are no "universal" details, therefore may not be suitable without modification for specific applications, conditions or regions. With the purchase of a DRAFTING GRAPHIC, a limited non-exclusive license is granted to reproduce and create derivative work but prohibits resale or distribution.

The (4) FREE DETAILS available are based on 8" CMU / 2 X 6 / SIDING - WALL SECTIONS in either SoftPlan® or .PDF electronic formats.
Soon more extensive groups of details, symbols and tables will become available at very reasonable costs…see the list. We'll keep you posted on the updates. Just sign up for drafting graphic updates if you wish (it won't be used for any other purpose).
