We customize our approach to each project. Whether it's creating a standard set of 'Builder' plans with a sensible amount of consulting; or a 'Master' set of working drawings which adds more in-depth detail to the interiors and exteriors. Often 'Master' drawings also include a site plan, 3D renderings, electrical plans, finish schedule, interior detailing, physical models and definitive consulting. If you want "project follow through" to completion, construction observation services are available as well.
